Dr. Diana Nguyen is a nationally recognized clinician-educator and leader whose career blends high-level patient care with innovative, student-centered education. A graduate of Columbia University and NYU College of Dentistry, she trained in hospital-based dentistry at Yale and has extensive experience treating medically complex patients and underserved communities. Currently based in the San Francisco Bay Area, she leads large-scale clinical operations, develops systems that improve patient flow and learning, and mentors the next generation of dentists through programs she created to elevate student leadership and professional identity.
Beyond the operatory, Diana is a fierce advocate for women in dentistry and health leadership. Her perspectives have been featured in The Wall Street Journal, Forbes, and The New York Times, and she speaks nationally on career development, clinical teaching, and the transitions that define early professional life.
